1. Digital Products All purchases made through Journey In2U are for non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (such as audio meditations, guided sessions, and digital courses). Once access is granted or the product is delivered, we do not offer refunds.

2. No Cancellations or Exchanges Due to the nature of the products (intangible, pre-recorded experiences), cancellations, returns, and product exchanges are not available once a purchase is confirmed.
