Welcome to Journey In2U, a meditative experience and artistic platform operated by BAE Lifestyle LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, digital products, audio meditations, and related content ("Services"). 1. Who We Are
Journey In2U offers immersive audio experiences that use poetic language, calming soundscapes, and guided introspection to support your personal growth. These experiences are artistic expressions rooted in over 12 years of training and professional experience in hypnotherapy, NLP, guided imagery, and solution-focused coaching. The sessions are not therapy, they are designed as meditative exhibits for self-reflection and emotional release.

2. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Journey In2U’s experiences may include elements of hypnotherapy, guided imagery, relaxation techniques, toning, and sound frequencies (e.g., binaural tones). While these are designed to be calming and introspective:

Do not use our meditations while driving or operating machinery.
If you have a medical or psychological condition (including but not limited to epilepsy, a pacemaker, schizophrenia, or other mental health concerns), please consult a healthcare provider before using our content.
These experiences are not therapy, nor are they intended to treat, diagnose, or cure any medical or mental health condition.
Use in a quiet, safe space where you can relax without interruption.
Participation is voluntary. By listening, you accept full responsibility for your emotional and physical wellbeing.

4. No Guarantees
Everyone’s experience is unique. Journey In2U does not guarantee any specific outcome from using our Services. Testimonials or shared experiences are personal and not a promise of your results.

5. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Journey In2U, including audio, text, images, scripts, and branding, is the property of the creator and protected by copyright laws. All materials are the property of the creator, Norma A. Mitchell, and Journey In2U is an offering of BAE Lifestyle LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Do not reproduce, share, modify, or distribute this content without written permission. Creator’s Intellectual Property may not be altered, copied, or resold in any format.

6. Prohibited Conduct
By using our Services, you agree not to:

Impersonate any person or entity, or use another's name, image, or credentials without permission.
Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or exploitative purposes.
Interfere with the operation of the platform or disrupt the experience of other users.
Introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in denial-of-service attacks.
Distribute harmful, misleading, or unauthorized content or impersonate Journey In2U or its representatives.

7. Feedback, Reviews & Learner Content
If you submit reviews, testimonials, or feedback, you grant Journey In2U the right to reproduce, share, and edit your comments (first name and last initial only) across platforms including social media and marketing, unless otherwise requested in writing. If you submit content via forms, assessments, public comments, or shared reflections, you confirm that you have the rights to such content and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, adapt, and share it.

8. Payments & Refunds
All purchases are subject to our {{Refund Policy}}. Prices and access duration are listed on our product pages. Journey In2U uses secure third-party payment providers and does not store your financial information. Once a digital meditation has been accessed, refunds are not provided unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Journey In2U and BAE Lifestyle LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Your use is at your own risk. We do not guarantee that the platform or content will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Some experiences may evoke strong emotions, and participation is at your sole discretion.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Journey In2U, under BAE Lifestyle LLC, reserves all applicable rights as governed by California law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Membership Terms
Journey In2U may offer membership plans or subscription-based access to curated content. If enrolled, you agree to recurring billing as described on the purchase page. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. Membership access ends at the conclusion of your paid period, and partial refunds are not issued unless otherwise specified.

12. Affiliate & Partner Disclosures
Journey In2U may receive affiliate commissions when recommending tools, services, or collaborative offerings. Any such links or mentions will be clearly marked. We only partner with individuals and platforms that align with our values.

13. Termination of Access
Journey In2U reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or if your actions interfere with the integrity or experience of the platform.
